Welcome to the Zu

About a week ago I was minutes from my church, my best friends, and my favoitre mexican resturant, Los Cerros. Now, I'm minutes from Disneyland... & my brother. Five and a half hours away from home starting a whole new life in Sothern California for the next 4+ years.

Welcome to the Zu.

I've been here 5 days and have already made so many new friends, had impromptu dance parties with my hall mates, & embarassed myself infront of the football team... & honestly, it was only a matter of time. Entering this new chapter, it was really nice already knowing my roomate, who graduated with me this past May along with 6 others who are also here at Azusa.

First day of classes today & it poured for a solid 7 minutes. Welcome to college.

I love my room. I love my hall (Adams 2nd East!). I love my community. I love APU.

I'll be home for Thanksgiving in 3 months which I know is going to fly by. No biggie. Though Anna & Elsa's parents were gone for two weeks and we all know what happened there... Tarzan happened.

I'm so excited to see where this takes me & I'm hoping to update it all here, for my friends to see, for my family all over the world to see, and for myself to be able to look back years from now and remember all the incredible memories I've had at Azusa Pacific University.
